When the time spanned the millennium, from 2000 to 2005 to 2010, the output of Wuqi Oil Production Plant achieved three major leaps from 100,000 tons to 1 million tons and then to 2 million tons.
Cai Xueyi is not only a witness, but also a participant. He is well aware of the hardships and difficulties of starting a business, and has repeatedly offered to work in the oil construction team with the most work and the most difficult to support the construction of oil production plants.
In the past ten years, Cai Xueyi and his workers have laid hundreds of kilometers of power lines, installed more than 1,000 pumping units, and connected more than 10,000 meters of string lines, sprinkling sweat between ravines and mountains and sprinkling on the production line.
