There are a total of 11 standards in this batch, involving five categories, including basic terminology, sports level level evaluation, training specifications, event organization, and venue operation and management. The standard focuses on mass ice and snow sports, puts forward technical requirements for alpine skiing, snowboarding, racing skating, ice hockey, curling and other popular projects and ice and snow sports venues, systematically summarizes typical experience and practices, further consolidates and expands China's achievements in "driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports", and helps the leapfrog development of ice and snow sports.
In terms of basic terminology, the two national standards, "Basic Terminology for Popular Skiing Sports" and "Basic Terminology for Racing Skating Sports", define terms related to venue equipment, personnel, competition rules, technical actions, competition results, etc., forming a unified conceptual system, laying the foundation for the relevant parties involved in ice and snow sports to enhance exchanges and promote the dissemination of ice and snow culture.
In terms of the evaluation of the level of public sports, the four national standards of "Specification for the Evaluation of the Grade of Mass Racing Skating", "Specification for the Evaluation of the Grade of Mass Alpine Skiing and Snowboarding", "Specification for the Rating of the Grade of Mass Ice Hockey" and "Specification for the Rating of the Grade of Public Curling" are four national standards, which respectively give the rules, evaluation elements, evaluation procedures and evaluation results of the classification of sports level according to the characteristics of different sports, and clarify the technical ability requirements and theoretical knowledge requirements corresponding to different levels. In terms of event organization, the two standards of the "Mass Ski Event Activity Specification" and the "Public Ski Event Activity Classification and Evaluation Specification" clarify the requirements for event organization, personnel training, safety emergency response, medical security, etc., provide guidance for event organizers and organizers, improve the level of event organization and management, help form the event brand demonstration effect, and provide reference for ski enthusiasts to choose ski events.
In terms of venue operation and management, the national standard of "Classification of Sports Venues Part 5: Star Classification and Evaluation of Ski Venues" puts forward the division of five stars of ski resorts and the specific division conditions, inspection and evaluation methods from the perspectives of natural environment, infrastructure, equipment and equipment, activity projects, service management, etc., so as to guide ski resorts to improve the construction quality and management service level, and strive to create a good ski environment and improve consumer experience.
