This is entirely due to the amazing abilities carried by the unfolding of Otoku's realm. To put it simply, Otoku's realm expansion made his copying technique completely unrestricted. While this was an explanation given to fans in the previous chapter, it wasn't until chapter 250 of Jujutsu Kaisen that they were given a proper explanation of how it actually worked.
