2.Wear the belt: the operator should first pass the conveyor belt through the rear scraper, and then pass through a thick roller, the thin roller in the middle of the conveyor frame, and the thick roller above the front axle, so that the conveyor belt can be supported by these several rollers, and then pass through the conveyor belt from the bottom of the front scraper, and then pull forward about five meters after the shovel, and then reverse the conveyor belt, pass through the front moving roller, and pull the conveyor belt to the middle of the hydraulic roller behind.
3.Wear the wire rope: Thread the conveyor belt buckle through the wire rope, do some debugging, and then check whether there is any deviation.
