There are still many countries that offer regular services to different destinations in Russia. The author has compiled a list of the main airlines that are still operating in Russia, while highlighting other airlines in each region.
The UAE is the largest airline in the Middle East and operates a variety of daily services between Dubai and Russia. .This airline flies three times a day between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Moscow Domodevo (DME), twice a day. St. Petersburg (LED). Emirates operates A380-0 and Boeing 777-300 to Moscow and San-7 to St. Saint petersburg.

The other two Middle East three major airlines, Etihad and Qatar Airways, also operate from their respective hubs in Abu Dhabi and Doha to regular services to multiple destinations in Russia. In addition, a range of full-service and low-cost airlines, such as Air Fly Dubai and Air Arabia, provide services to Russia.
Africa is another region where many airlines offer regular flights to Russia. Ethiopian Airlines, one of the continent's largest airlines, operates four weekly services between its hubs in Addis Ababa and Moscow. The Ethiopians operate the smallest version of the Boeing 787.
Other major airlines in Africa, including Royal Air Maroc, EgyptAir and Air Algeria, among others, fly to different destinations in Russia. While some airlines do not fly directly to and from Russian airports, they operate in Russian airspace, achieving efficiency and cost advantages over large Western airlines.
Air China China has signed an open aviation agreement with Russia, which gives China a big advantage over Western airlines. Several Chinese and Asia-Pacific airlines operate scheduled flights to Russia. The three largest airlines, China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, and China Southern Airlines, operate scheduled flights to Russia. Air China and China Eastern Airlines operate one-time daily services between their Beijing (PEK) and Shanghai bases (PVG) and Moscow's Semeyevo base, respectively. Southern China has a schedule of four times a week between Guangzhou (CAN) and SVO.
Sichuan Airlines operates regular flights to a number of destinations in Russia. All Chinese airlines use Russian airspace to fly to Europe and the Americas, thanks to shorter and more economical routes than other airlines.
Turkey's national airline, Turkish Airlines, operates several flights a day to different destinations in Russia. The airline operates six daily flights between Istanbul Airport and Moscow Vonokovo, mainly using Airbus A330 aircraft. The airline also provides three daily services between Easte and St. Airbus A320 domestic aircraft are used.
Other major Eastern European airlines, including Houfeng Airlines, Cologon Airlines, Bellevia Airlines, and Air Serbia, operate scheduled flights to Russia. Air Serbia flies to four cities in Russia: Moscow, St. St. Petersburg, Kazan, and Sochi. Similarly, Pagassos Airlines operates several weekly routes to destinations in Russia.
Israeli airlines operate regular services to and from RussiaThe airline operates up to two services per day, from Ben-Gurion to Moscow (DME). The 5-hour and 50-minute direct service is a Boeing 737-900 in operation. The return journey time is 5 hours and 25 minutes.
Other regional airlines, including Royal Jordanian Airlines, CHMWIN, Syrian Airlines, Iraqi Airways, and Mahan Air, operate scheduled flights to several destinations in Russia. Most of these airlines use single-aisle aircraft to fly to Russia.
