February** Dynamic Incentive Program
There has always been confusion about the particular preference of some project leaders for involving managers in the actual work, especially in the north, where this seems to be particularly evident. These leaders always seem to be reluctant to see managers have a moment to spare when the project starts and the holidays approach. They are always constantly assigning various tasks to managers, such as sorting materials, loading trucks, etc. If they really appreciate those who work hard, why not reduce the number of managers and add some workers who specialize in manual labor? This not only ensures that the work is completed efficiently, but also reduces the cost of employment.
I worked on a project where the boss's sister was directly involved in the management. She has a particular passion for engaging managers in manual labor. Even when the project is on track, she will find all kinds of reasons for the management to help with the work. As a result of her persistence, the electrician and a veteran employee in charge of secondary management became her "right-hand man" and was often assigned by her to complete various tasks. These two also seem to enjoy the feeling of being "reused", often showing their diligence and ability in front of their bosses. As a result, the boss appreciates them at every meeting and rewards them accordingly.
However, we all know that behind this is actually the boss's sister who is promoting. Although everyone knows this, they don't want to think too much about it, and just silently do their own work. However, as time goes on, this becomes more and more excessive. Especially in the past year, the construction site was suspended for some reason, but the boss's sister intensified her efforts to find work for the management personnel. She can't seem to accept that we are idle, and is always trying to find things to do for us.
Faced with this situation, I felt very dissatisfied and helpless. If the construction site does stop, the leaders can let us go home early and rest. But they chose to torture us in this way, so that we could not really rest and relax during the shutdown. This practice not only does not respect the value of our labor, but also seriously affects our work motivation and physical and mental health. I really hope that these leaders will reflect on their actions and give us the respect and understanding we deserve.
