The Honda Fit will receive a complete facelift, which will be announced around April 2024 and officially released around September 2024. The new car will feature a completely new platform, and the overall length extension further expands the interior space and improves usability. It adopts the dual-motor hybrid system i-MMD. It is also equipped with the safe driving support system "Honda Sensing", which includes a new front camera, and in combination with a total of eight sonar sensors mounted on the front and rear of the vehicle, "Short Collision Mitigation Braking" is also standard on all cars.

Judging by the appearance, the size of the new car has noticeably increased. The structure of the front pillar is also different from the previous one, with a structure that directs the load to the body in the event of a collision. The A-pillar has also been tapered, and the visibility for turning has been improved.

The new car will continue to have a mid-mounted fuel tank layout, with plenty of space in the first to third rows, in addition to a walk-in "captain's seat" in the second row, which also features a "long slide" in the captain's seat to expand the space in the second row. The front seats are equipped with a new generation of "body stability seats" that are expected to improve comfort.

It is also equipped with an electric parking brake and automatic brake hold function, which allows the vehicle to remain at a stop even if you remove your foot from the brake pedal when parking, and you can release it when you press the accelerator. The parking brake system uses four sensors on the rear bumper to detect obstacles behind and notify the driver with sound and display.

The interior is equipped with a 9-inch center display that is compatible with "Apple CarPlay" and "Android Auto" functions, and has in-car Wi-Fi function. Honda Connect, an in-vehicle communication module dedicated to Honda vehicles, can provide fault support by remotely operating it from a smartphone, and the digital key and Honda App Center allow a smartphone to act as a key.

Honda Sensing is more advanced than the previous model and is standard on all models. This is Honda's first Honda vehicle to feature a wide front camera with a wide horizontal viewing angle and eight sonar sensors at the front and rear. The Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) helps avoid collisions with pedestrians and bicycles during the day and night. In addition, ACC also has a congestion following function, and adaptive cruise control (ACC) has been developed to include a congestion following function, collision mitigation braking (CMBS), road departure prevention function, traffic sign recognition function, and lane keeping support system (LKAS) functions that are further advanced than the previous model. Three new features have also been added, including false start prevention, short-range collision mitigation braking and automatic high beams.
