I don't know if you have found it, but now many entry-level models of new energy vehicles have strong product power, and more and more consumers have begun to pay attention to the performance of new energy SUVs in winter. Recently, Lynk & Co 08 EM-P, BYD Corvette 07, Wenjie M7 and Xpeng G6 have conducted a wave of winter testing.
Low-temperature heating: an important part of the winter test experience
In the cold winter, if you want to drive out, the most important thing is not "integrity", but the efficiency of low-temperature heating of the vehicle. Under test conditions ranging from -10 to -15 degrees Celsius, the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P demonstrated excellent rapid heating capabilities. In just 15 minutes, the temperature in the car quickly increased from freezing to 15, far exceeding the other three cars. The final test results showed that the interior temperature of the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P reached more than 20, and the interior temperature of the other three vehicles all stopped at 12. This outstanding performance is attributed to the PTC heating technology and integrated thermal management system adopted by the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P.
EM-P super extended range solution: battery life is not discounted
For new energy vehicles in winter, battery life is quite important. During the range test, all four vehicles started in pure electric mode. The final test results show that the BYD Corvette 07 has the highest endurance achievement rate, reaching 953%。The Lynk & Co 08 EM-P has a battery life achievement rate of 667%, approaching the 7 mark. Although the M7 is a range-extender model, it also has a 60% achievement rate. These test results are enough to dispel some doubts of some people, and for users who live in colder environments, this result is still very informative.
It is worth mentioning that as the runner-up, the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P is slightly lower than the frigate and Wenjie in terms of price, which fully demonstrates that the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P has excellent strength in winter endurance and is more cost-effective.
Through the comparison of institutional test results, it can be found that the performance of Lynk & Co 08 EM-P entry-level models is more balanced in all aspects, basically there are no obvious shortcomings, although BYD corvette 07 is not good enough in terms of comfort and price, but its characteristics can better dispel the uniformity of some users to new energy models, so in the end, who to choose, you can choose according to your needs, don't worry too much!
