Therefore, in the design process, each cyclic backwash method should be adopted, that is, the backwash liquid inside the YSJ ceramic filter plate should be cleaned from the surface of the filter plate through a distributor. The backwash is generally set in the rear area of the discharge area, and the setting angle is the same as that of the YSJ ceramic filter plate. In this way, each ceramic plate can be cleaned once per cycle. After a period of work, we used a combination of ultrasonic cleaning and chemical cleaning. It should be noted that in order to achieve better filtration results, the corresponding models and ceramic filter plates can be configured according to the mineral type, mesh, concentration, sludge content, site conditions and needs.

Precautions for operating ceramic filters:

1. If the equipment is shut down for more than 30 minutes due to failure or other reasons, the equipment should be cleaned immediately to prevent the filter plate from being blocked and cannot be cleaned.

2. Generally, stop and wash the car after 6-7 hours, and the car wash should be decided according to the use of the site, but you can't wait until the filter plate is completely blocked, and then stop and wash the car after hanging the mine, resulting in a vicious circle. Each car wash will make the filter plate achieve a good regeneration effect, forming a good circulation.

3. During normal operation, the backwash pressure is 006-0.09MPa, higher than this range, the pressure should be adjusted immediately to prevent the filter plate from breaking, below this range, the filter element should be checked whether it is clean, whether the filter pressure is normal, and whether the pressure reducing valve is normal. The reason why the backwash water pressure is too low is usually that the filter element is clogged, check the pressure gauge readings before and after the backwash filter, but when the difference between the two is greater than 0When it is 1MPa, it means that the backwash filter element is clogged and should be replaced immediately.
