Mr. Emmanuel TounierHe graduated from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1990 with a post-graduate degree in Banking and Finance. He began his career as a market auditor at **l incorporate, Inc. in New York. Later, he joined Concept SA as Deputy Director and then became Chairman of Teletec until 2000 when he founded E-Solutions, an IT company specializing in collaboration platforms.
As a former National Vice-President of the "Center for SME Leadership (CJD)", he was a member of the Rennes Chamber of Commerce and Industry from 2004 to 2010, then its president from 2010 to 2016 and then president of the Ill-Villene Chamber of Commerce from 2016 to 2021 after the merger of the two trade unions. At the same time, he was also the vice-president of the Brittany Chamber of Commerce from 2010 to 2021.
