There is another place here that most people may not know about, there is a floor called "Hell" under the dungeon, which is only open when the 39 party is open, and Hell is at the entrance of the stairs under the dungeon, turn left and then go down the stairs.
Then there is the fourth floor, on the left side of the stairs on the fourth floor is a small open-air garden, where you can drink and smoke and chat. On the right is the thin room, with a fence blocking the entrance, and only people who are not fat can get by.
