The police imposed a penalty of 6 points on the driver's license and a fine of 200 yuan on the person who ran the red light in accordance with the law; In addition, a fine of 200 yuan will be imposed on both parties to the accident for the illegal act of failing to evacuate the scene in a minor traffic accident where the vehicle can be moved.

Where paragraph 1 or 2 provides for the evacuation of the scene or prevents other parties from evacuating the scene, a fine of between 100 and 200 RMB is to be given. If a traffic jam is caused, the motor vehicle driver's license may be suspended for one month.

For those who should evacuate the scene by themselves but fail to evacuate, the traffic patrol police shall order the parties to evacuate the scene, and if it causes a traffic jam, the driver will also be punished according to law.
