On February 28, 2024, the China International New Energy Vehicle Technology Parts and Technology Exhibition opened in Beijing, and Qiangu Technology brought a variety of mass-produced wire-controlled chassis products to the show. With its steady product strength, steadily increasing sales results and steadily developing local brand image of wire-controlled chassis, Qiangu Technology won the "Sustainable Development Benchmark Brand" award. 
Mass production of brake-by-wire products landed on the siteThe brake series products of Qiangu Technology were displayed at the scene. At present, the ABS and ESC products of Qiangu Technology have been mass-produced and applied in a number of new energy vehicles, and the annual production capacity of ABS and ESC will exceed 1.2 million sets, and the total annual production capacity is expected to exceed 2 million sets after the completion of the program in 2025. The steady development of ESC products is a prerequisite for supporting the product development and large-scale application of a new generation of brake-by-wire systems such as OneBox and EMB. In terms of software, we have optimized and tuned the VDC algorithm in the ESC that has been mass-produced and supplied several times to fully realize the adaptation with the supplied models. In terms of hardware, the core actuators and sensors of ESC are integrated into the hardware product design of EMB and EHB; In terms of product systems, based on the accumulation and experience in the ESC development process, Qiangu Technology provides "shortcuts" for EMB and EHB product development. With ESC products as the core technology route, Qiangu Technology has laid a solid foundation for the technical structure and products of the new generation of drive-by-wire chassis system.
The EHBI-ONEBOX performed well in the winter test
At the exhibition site, Qiangu Technology unveiled the mass-produced product - EHBI electro-hydraulic braking system (integrated ONEBOX), which is based on the ESC algorithm as the core foundation, and adds the VMC solution that supports multi-input and multi-output architecture, and develops a high-performance, high-integration, low-cost all-in-one OneBox intelligent brake-by-wire system. As the first ONEBOX product with integrated VMC (Vehicle Motion Control) independently developed by Qiangu, EHBI can achieve high-level body stability control and full-performance energy** with a variety of dynamic feature configurations, and support joint control and power distribution functions such as body stability, dynamic optimization, and steering required for high-level intelligent driving, so as to meet a safer, more accurate and efficient intelligent driving experience. At present, Qiangu Technology has successively launched mass production cooperation with 5 OEMs, covering multiple passenger models of local leading car companies and new forces. 
In the winter test that is about to end, EHBI passed more than 40 test items under low temperature extreme working conditions, such as ice surface, snow surface, separation road, docking road, ice and snow ring, climbing open slope, snow surface serpentine, snow surface stable road, ice and snow unilateral road and bilateral road, etc., which verified the high safety, high stability and high dynamics of the test vehicle, and reflected the excellent performance of EHBI-onebox in vehicle stability control and precise braking control. 
We will continue to improve our delivery capabilities and empower our global layoutThe OneBox production line based on flexible production and standardized process has been implemented in the wire-controlled chassis intelligent manufacturing factory of Qiangu Technology. Since December last year, EHBI products have started small-batch trial production, following the high-tech, high-integration, high-openness smart car production model, which has greatly improved the mass production and delivery capacity of products, and is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of more than 400,000 sets of EHBI. Qiangu Technology strives to go hand in hand in both product and industrialization, and will also start the global exploration of wire-controlled chassis. At present, Qiangu Technology has deeply deployed an international sales and technical team, which will empower the development of automotive intelligence and chassis wire-controlled by many overseas international OEMs.
