On February 8, Liaoning Shenyang Sansheng Flying Leopard Basketball Club officially announced that Yang Ming and Wu Naiqun would return to coach Liaoning Basketball. The full text is as follows:
In order to enrich the strength of the coaching staff of Liao Basket, our club has signed a work contract with former head coach Yang Ming and assistant coach Wu Naiqun to hire them to return to coach Liao Basket. Yang Ming's contract with the club is for three and a half years, ending the 2026-2027 season. According to the agreement between the two parties, Yang Ming and Wu Naiqun will participate in the coaching staff after the Spring Festival holiday. Starting from the third stage of the regular season, Coach Yang Ming will officially lead the Liaoning Bengang team to the CBA League as the head coach.
Wu Naiqun After Yang Ming and Wu Naiqun return to the team, Ugo will also return to his original position as assistant coach of Liao Basket; Wu Qinglong will return to the Liao basketball echelon again and devote himself to youth training. Here, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks and high respect to the two coaches Ugo and Wu Qinglong for their great contributions to the team this season!
