From February 2nd to 6th, our city suffered from low temperature, rain, snow and freezing disasters. In order to minimize the economic losses of agricultural greenhouses, Wuhan Agricultural Mechanization Technology Extension and Guidance Center put forward seven guiding opinions as follows:
1. Strengthen the inspection of greenhouses, and break the film to protect the shed if necessary.
2. Strengthen the greenhouse in time to prevent the secondary collapse.
For those that have partially or completely collapsed, there are still crops growing, and the shed cannot be dismantled, such as strawberries, potato tips, lettuce, etc., under the premise of ensuring personal safety, the method of erecting piles in the shed should be used to restore the shed body as soon as possible and complete the shed film. Wooden piles about 3m high can be installed in the collapsed greenhouse, 25-30 per mu of greenhouse, the wooden pile supports the shoulder or top of the greenhouse, and the top of the pole needs to be grooved and fixed with iron wire to avoid secondary collapse, and then repair or dismantle the shed after the crop production and harvest is completed.
3. Adopt drones for snow removal and use environmentally friendly snow melting agents.
For multi-story steel-framed greenhouses with undamaged greenhouse structures, it is recommended to use environmentally friendly snow-melting agents based on non-chlorine components when using drones to sprinkle snow melting agents. If chloride salt deicing agent has been used, the drainage ditch should be cleaned in time to prevent the deicing agent from polluting the soil and affecting the growth of crops.
Fourth, temporary temperature and snow melting, pay attention to personnel safety.
To avoid harming crops, do not light firewood and grass in the shed to increase the temperature. When heating equipment such as hot blast stoves and coal stoves are added to the shed, exhaust pipes should be installed to output the exhaust gas outside the shed to ensure ventilation and ensure the safety of the heating process. At the same time, when taking heating measures, it is necessary to pay attention to the safety of electricity and fire to ensure fire safety.
Fifth, harvest vegetables in time to reduce economic losses.
Affected farmers and agricultural enterprises should actively organize the harvest of vegetables such as beetroot, artemisia, Chinese cabbage, baby cabbage and other vegetables in the greenhouses to reduce vegetable losses and ensure the market. You can directly open the shed to harvest, take the method of opening the shed that is, and after opening the shed, all the vegetables in the shed must be harvested to prevent frostbite from affecting the quality.
Sixth, pay close attention to cleaning the shed film to prevent low temperature after snow.
There must be a low temperature after the snow, after the snow stops and the weather is clear, the first is to clean the greenhouse film in time, increase the sunshine, remove the dust, dirt and snow on the greenhouse film in time, increase the light in the shed as much as possible, and increase the greenhouse temperature. Second, film can be added to the shed, and a small shed can be set in the greenhouse to reduce heat loss. Third, it can be covered with plastic film to temporarily cover the bare land between the rows of crops in the shed to increase the ground temperature.
7. Rapid repair and reconstruction, and resumption of production.
In view of the empty sheds that have no crop production in the shed, it is necessary to seize the good weather to quickly repair the shed or dismantle and rebuild. When the collapsed greenhouse is restored and reconstructed, the strength of the steel pipe should be considered to be weakened after straightening and bending. First, the density of the arch rod should be appropriately adjusted, the spacing should be 60cm, and 1 new pipe should be added between every 5 arch rods to consolidate the compressive capacity of the greenhouse; The second is to increase the "m" shaped struts in the shed, that is, every 4-5m interval in the shed, increase the support connected by the cross bar, straight rod and oblique rod to stabilize the supporting force in the shed; Third, the rust at the bottom of the original shed pipe should be removed and replaced; Fourth, the length of the greenhouse should be appropriately adjusted according to the actual situation, and the maximum length should not exceed 50m; Fifth, the scrapped steel pipe can be converted into a strut and reinstalled on the maintenance greenhouse to reduce pipe input.
