The surrounding environment of the pig breeding base in Shanxi Valley Wang Xiaoshan has loved pork since he was a child, and his mother's braised pork is the taste of "home" in his memory. An accident injury to his father while working gave Wang Xiaoshan the idea of returning to his hometown. Traditional breeding methods, small scale of funds, and elderly parents who work too hard, their own pig farms are no longer sustainable. How to improve inefficient farming techniques, enter the market with fresher and better pork, and make the agricultural and animal husbandry products of your hometown known to more people? The young man, who had returned from the big city, had his brains in his hands. Wang Xiaoshan's father served as the village party secretary for many years, and often shared with him his experience and ideas on how to build the village well. Influenced by his father, Wang Xiaoshan has always wanted to drive the local villagers to get rich together through the development of agriculture. Through the combination of his own industrial development and a large number of preliminary research, he found that there is a lot to be done in the rural wasteland between green mountains and green waters.
Regarding pig raising, Wang Xiaoshan, a layman, began to study and investigate. In 2017, he successively went to Sichuan, Jiaxing, Chun'an, Jinhua and other places to inspect excellent pig breeds, learn advanced pig farm management and operation models, combined with what he has learned, a "company + base + professional household + sales store" business model came into being, and at the beginning of the product positioning is "mass boutique". Today, the "Shanxi Valley Local Pork" he created has been sold all over the country, with an annual turnover of more than 3,000 yuan. After the development of recent years, the agricultural development of the mountain valley in Kaihua County has extended the ecological pig industry chain from the aspects of pig breed breeding and the development of deep-processed products. When it comes to the experience of entrepreneurship, Wang Xiaoshan said: entrepreneurship should be forward-looking and leading5 steps. Take small steps and think from the customer's point of view.
Talking about future planning, Wang Xiaoshan said that the integration of pig breeding and cultural tourism industry is the direction he will explore in the future. "We plan to open a 'cloud pig' live broadcast room, so that every customer can go straight to the process of piglet's growth. Parents can adopt their own piglets from us. "Kaihua is a good place, increase the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, and let more people come to Kaihua to see." Wang Xiaoshan said firmly.
