The "Technical Regulations for Hotel Prefabricated Interior Decoration" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") issued by the China Building Materials Industry Economic Research Association will be officially implemented on February 1, 2024. The "Regulations" are edited by Chongqing Jikai Technology Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Longfor Longzhi Manufacturing, and are suitable for the integrated design, production and transportation, construction and installation, quality acceptance and maintenance evaluation standards of prefabricated interior decoration of new hotels, and are also applicable to reconstruction, expansion and transformation under the same technical conditions. Zhejiang Kaizhuang Construction Science and Technology, China Construction Eighth Bureau First Construction, China Construction Eighth Bureau Construction Technology (Shandong), Guangdong Maiqi Pufei Prefabricated Building Technology Group, etc., jointly participated in the preparation.
