How do I get your wristband?
Before you can collect your wristband, you will need to register your e-ticket and update the name on your ticket, which must match the name on your ticket when you collect your wristband.
Once the pre-registration is successful, you will receive an email *** that you will use to redeem the party wristband. During business hours, redemption at the front desk of the Zign Hotel can also be redeemed at the ticket office of the venue. It can be redeemed by printing *** or by displaying *** on your phone.
You can pick up a wristband for your friend and prepare their order confirmation, pre-registration*** and a copy of their ID (electronic or printed version is sufficient) in advance.
Note: Any missing wristbands must be re-purchased for entry. Damaged or severed wristbands need to be replaced for a fee of 500 baht (the old wristband must be brought to replace).
