The AD9520-0BCPZ is an IC Clock Gen 28GHz VCO 64LFCSP, designed to be used as a clock timing - clock generator, PLL, frequency synthesizer.

Low phase noise, phase-locked loop (PLL).

The on-chip VCO tuning range is 253 GHz to 295 GHz optional external 33 V 5 V VCO VCXO to 24 GHz, 1 differential, or 2 single-ended reference inputs.
