2. Transformation of the living room: the living room and dining room are reversed to form a spacious horizontal hall, and the two functional areas are divided by projection in the middle, which solves the problem of storage in the living room and study.
3. Pet Paradise: A luxurious cat villa has been created on the window platform, making full use of the ventilation conditions to integrate pet life into the family.
4. Flexible kitchen design: The kitchen adopts a large area of flexible glass windows to increase visual interaction and solve the problem of oil smoke in the fully open kitchen.
5. Renovation of the master bedroom: The space utilization rate and storage capacity are improved through the floor and storage cabinets, providing a more comfortable rest environment for the homeowner.

Within the limited area of 87, the designers used clever techniques to maximize the potential of each functional area, creating a new living scene for this home.
Multi-purpose restaurant.
On weekdays, the curtain is cleverly hidden on the top surface, revealing a multi-functional restaurant space behind it. For homeowners, it's a clever layout that makes use of space.
In order to meet the function of the study, the designer created a whole wall of bookshelves along the wall, which is 3 meters long and can accommodate a large number of books. The tall cabinet on the left side of the bookshelf becomes a housekeeping cabinet, in which housekeeping tools are cleverly stored.
The bookshelves extend to the window, creating a platform and a seating area for sitting and reclining. The arched door opening widens the wall, solves the problem of closing the edge of the wall cabinet, and makes the overall layout more harmonious.
Smart kitchen. In addition to the standard dining table, the island partition in the kitchen section becomes an extension of the folding window, which can be used as a light dining table in the fully open state to meet the couple's breakfast needs. This design makes the dining room and kitchen integrated, flexible and functional.
Luxury cat house. Make full use of the ventilation conditions by the window to create a home for pet cats in the corner of the restaurant. The size is 1651.20.37 meters, above the platform is the activity area, below the platform is the location of the litter box. Cats enjoy resting, drinking, and feeding in this cleverly designed space, forming a line of life for cats.
Culinary music. Through the partition of the island and glass windows, the kitchen and dining room form an interaction. The design of the folding window allows the kitchen to be opened and closed flexibly when needed, which solves the problem of oil smoke. The wood-colored cabinets and white wall cabinets realize the comfortable and practical kitchen ideal of the male protagonist.
Master bedroom. The master bedroom adopts the combination of platform bed + wardrobe, which maximizes the utilization of space. There is space in the middle of the floor for the mattress, and a storage cabinet at the foot of the bed provides additional storage space. The clever combination of a bedside table and a dresser creates a neat and welcoming sleeping environment.
Comfortable second bedroom. The second bedroom is specially designed for the elderly, with additional storage space added through the floor. The wardrobe and desk are integrated into a compact layout, while the 45cm height of the floor and steps provide easy access for the elderly to get into and out of bed.
Intimate bathroom. The toilet adopts a hidden hanging rail sliding door, which saves the use of space. The design of the washbasin does not adopt the traditional stacking form, but realizes the ultra-long washbasin of 90 cm through the design of the table height and the embedding of the washer-dryer.
The shower and toilet areas are separate, and the glass doors guarantee privacy for the three generations.
Each space is cleverly designed to closely match the actual needs of the homeowner, fulfilling the expectations of all stages of the family.
