In order to enhance the winter traffic safety awareness of community residents, enhance their self-protection ability, and prevent and reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents, the "Starlight Pilot" volunteer service team of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Shandong Jianzhu University carried out a traffic safety warning education activity in Daguanzhuang community on February 23.
Volunteers went to every corner of the community, using easy-to-understand language, patiently and enthusiastically popularizing traffic safety knowledge to residents. Through the display of propaganda ** and the distribution of leaflets, especially for children, the use of "traffic lights", traffic safety regulations and precautions for road driving were explained in detail. At the same time, the volunteers also explained to the residents the traffic accident cases that may be caused by dangerous traffic behaviors in winter. These vivid and real-life cases make children more aware of the importance of safe travel, so that they can always be cautious and vigilant.
