I always wanted to write something, but I didn't know where to start. I have been thinking about a question, that is, what kind of college graduates does society need, of course, this question can also be elaborated as what are the shortcomings of current college students?
What are the disadvantages, I have consulted a large number of books, referred to many points of view, and put forward the following opinions.
1. College students should carry out a wide range of learning and become "T" type talents or "" type talents. In today's society, various fields and disciplines are intersecting, and only learning or being proficient in a certain discipline cannot well adapt to society. For example, many people will eventually go to management positions and become leaders, so they must learn some management knowledge, if they are only proficient in professional knowledge, I am afraid they will not be able to adapt well to management positions and become a good leader. But at the same time, the knowledge of this subject must also be proficient, and the ability to eat should not be lost for the sake of breadth of learning.
2. College students should improve their interpersonal skills. Interpersonal skills are an important part of achieving success at work, in life, and in society. When you have strong interpersonal skills, you're better able to: market yourself, overcome social anxiety, communicate your ideas, and influence others positively. College students should also focus on cultivating this ability on college campuses.
3. College students should learn more practical skills and life skills. This includes hand washing clothes, cooking, cleaning, wiping windows, and more. These are simple, but college students must be able to. But many college students don't know how to cook, or only cook very simple meals.
Fourth, college students should apply what they have learned, think more and comprehend more in life. For example, if an object in life contains a certain principle, we need to analyze it in detail and relate the knowledge we have learned to the objects in our life. In this way, we can deepen our understanding of the knowledge and make us truly understand the knowledge.
