At the end of the recent popular TV series "Flowers", Yin Hairong, the female anchor of Shanghai TV, also appeared. This Shanghai girl, who has won the title of the national "38" Red Flag Bearer and the National 38 Red Flag Bearer, is wearing a white dress, a small pink wreath on her head, and a bright smile on her face. She was reporting live on the inauguration and lighting ceremony of the Oriental Pearl Tower on October 1, 1994.
Yin Hairong was personable when she was young, her voice was as melodious as it is now, and her pronunciation was also very clear and accurate, with a strong affinity. At that time, she was still a young girl who worked as a clerk and soldier officer in the army, and later came to the newspaper from the local area to work as a reporter, and has always been an excellent journalist. I unconsciously recalled an interview with her eight years ago.
During the construction of the Oriental Pearl, Yin Hairong had just entered Taiwan, and those years coincided with the rapid development of Shanghai. At that time, Shanghai TV had to broadcast news every day, and news programs were one of the most watched TV programs. Television news coverage in Shanghai has a huge responsibility. There is a lot of news to be broadcast every day, but due to the tight production time of news programs and the lack of ready-made equipment and technology, many difficulties are encountered in the production process. Taiwan's top leaders have called on news gathering and editing teams to go to the front line and create more high-quality films that are vivid and interesting.
Yin Hairong witnessed the busy editorial staff in the station, and she was both envious and wanted to do her part, which made her have an idea: to go to the scene with them. So, she found Li Guiyun, an old reporter who had worked in the newspaper for many years. She believes that it is not enough to rely only on theoretical learning to make news, but should be exercised through practical operation. During her internship at a newspaper, she found that many editors and reporters like to go to the front line of the grassroots to interview, because there are real and vivid people and events there, which can bring fresh and useful inspiration to readers. She was eager to mature quickly, so she seriously expressed her desire to go deep into the construction site with her colleagues to conduct interviews. After the leader agreed, Yin Hairong immediately agreed with the reporter that she would set off to the construction site the next afternoon to have a look, and asked to stay there for two days. The leader agreed, which made Yin Hairong very happy.
In July 1993, Yin Hairong and journalist Wu Zhihao were given a key interview assignment to shoot and produce a series of reports showcasing Shanghai's municipal achievements.
It's a hot summer, the heat is unbearable, and the construction site is dusty and mud everywhere. In this sweltering and unusually hot summer, Yin Hairong, director of the Office of the Shanghai Major Project Headquarters, was like a hot woman, sweating like rain in the high temperature. Yin Hairong didn't care about this, she and the members of the film crew traveled to various construction sites every day, whether it was bridges, subways, tunnels or highways, almost every key construction project in Shanghai witnessed Yin Hairong's hard work and left traces.
One day, they arrived at the construction site of the Oriental Pearl to report on the antenna hoisting project of the TV tower. Due to the special structure of the tower, the antenna needs to be lifted into the air with a crane to be installed. The project is a platform built at an altitude of 350 meters above the tower, lifting an antenna weighing 450 tons and 120 meters high. Such a difficult improvement project was unprecedented in the world at that time.
In order to achieve the best photographic results, it is necessary to climb more than 300 meters above the sky. With no suitable means of transportation to reach this height, many photojournalists have to use simple elevators to get up and down for interviews. A simple elevator can only get editors 200 meters away. For the next 100 meters of the journey, I had to climb up a simple ladder and shoulder the machinery in my hands.
The wind blew so hard that it caused the scaffolding to shake in sync with the ladder. Once, a girl came down from a high altitude and fell to the ground. It's not just about climbing, even standing on a high place can be frightening and unsettling. Because she is a girl, a child who has been afraid of climbing high since she was a child. For a girl, this is undoubtedly a great challenge. Others bravely climb to the top, one step at a time. Some were frightened and chose to retreat less than half. Yin Hairong and Wu Zhihao showed a strong determination, and they motivated each other to successfully climb to the top of the mountain. At the moment of climbing, Yin Hairong couldn't help but shed tears, she was moved by her firmness and courage to overcome.
That night, Shanghai TV broadcast the news of the 350-meter-high hoisting. The announcer is Yin Hairong, a female announcer from Changning District, Shanghai, who is the only person to be awarded the title of "Touching Figure" at the "Moving China" awards gala of the Shanghai TV Festival. In the process of broadcasting the news, Yin Hairong kept recalling various thrilling scenes that happened at the hoisting site during the day, and her tone was full of high respect and praise for the construction personnel, which made her extremely committed during the broadcast.
In her summary of the event, Yin Hairong pointed out that news anchors are not just a machine that reads words, but the core intention of their message is to reveal the deep meaning behind the words and convey a positive attitude and energy. She believes that in this era of information, if a reporter wants to obtain true, accurate, vivid and vivid report materials, he must go deep into the interviewee to find answers, rather than sitting in front of the TV and passively receiving information. If the news report does not go deep into the scene and does not interact with the interviewee up close, it is difficult to produce an in-depth experience based on imagination alone, which will lead to a significant decrease in the effectiveness of the report.
After the 23-episode series of news "Shanghai is Changing" was broadcast, it aroused widespread attention and received many praises. Yin Hairong is the only female journalist in the series. Yin Hairong is very satisfied with the praise of the leader, especially the positive feedback from the TV audience. Yin Hairong is the deputy director, reporter and host of Shanghai TV. She often emphasizes that the audience's high recognition of our TV news practitioners is actually the greatest praise for them. This year, she launched "Shanghai is Changing! - Shanghainese are changing? and Shanghai is getting better! Two TV specials. This series of creations won the highest honor in national journalism that year, the "China Journalism Award".
Yin Hairong began working at Shanghai TV in 1988 and has won numerous awards over the decades, including the "National Golden Microphone Award for Announcer and Host", "National Model Worker" and "The First China Golden Award for Announcer and Host".
It's so beautiful, this female anchor! In this age of "flowers", a woman who is passionate about journalism and has achieved remarkable results also has a beautiful side.
