Business handling has resumed at 8:30 on January 8, 2024, and flexible employment and social security premium payers for urban and rural residents can handle payment through online channels such as the Chu Shuitong APP, the Hubei Hui Ban APP, and the "Hubei Hui Ban" Alipay Mini Program, or they can also handle the payment through offline channels such as bank outlets that are collected on behalf of the agreement.
Please pay attention to the following key points!
1. There are changes in the payment of social insurance premiums for flexibly employed persons, please keep the latest version of the operation guide!
Note: When the system prompts you to upgrade the Chushuitong APP, please update the APP to the latest version in time.
2. The centralized payment period for medical insurance for urban and rural residents and employees of flexible employment in Jingzhou has been extended to the end of January.
According to the Notice on Extending the Centralized Payment Period for Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents and Employees with Flexible Employment, the deadline for the 2024 Centralized Payment Period for Medical Insurance for Urban and Rural Residents and Employee Medical Insurance for Flexibly Employed Persons has been extended to January 31, 2024.
Urban and rural residents who participate in medical insurance pay during the extension period of centralized payment shall enjoy medical insurance treatment from the day after payment;If the payment exceeds the extension period, the treatment will be enjoyed after 180 days from the next day of payment. For those who have not yet completed the payment of medical insurance for urban and rural residents in 2024, please be sure to pay before the end of January to avoid affecting the medical insurance treatment for the whole year of 2024.
3. The pension insurance payment standards for urban and rural residents in some areas of our city have been adjusted.
The payers of the pension insurance for urban and rural residents can choose the payment grade within the payment standard of the place where they participate in the insurance.
4. From January 1, 2024, the new version of the implementation measures for basic medical insurance for employees in Jingzhou City will be implemented.
According to the "Notice of the Jingzhou Municipal People's ** Office on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for the Basic Medical Insurance for Employees in Jingzhou City" (Jing Zheng Ban Fa No. 32, 2023), the latest version of the "Implementation Measures for the Basic Medical Insurance for Employees in Jingzhou City" came into effect, and the original "Notice of the Jingzhou Municipal People** on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Measures for the Basic Medical Insurance for Employees in Jingzhou City" (Jing Zheng Gui 2017 No. 4) was repealed at the same time. There are changes in many terms such as payment standards and treatment standards.
Please note to the flexible employment medical insurance payers: (Article 17 of the Article) If the flexible employment insured person completes the new year's payment from September to December each year (centralized payment period), he or she will enjoy the employee medical insurance treatment from the new year. If the payment exceeds the centralized payment period and makes up the payment of the employee's medical premiums during the interruption of payment, the employee shall enjoy the treatment from the next day of renewal paymentIf the employee has not made up the payment of the medical premiums during the interruption of payment, the treatment shall be delayed for 3 months from the date of payment, and the delay time shall not be implemented across years.
5. The current social insurance premium payment standard for flexible employment in Jingzhou.
1) Pension insurance for flexibly employed persons.

The standard for flexibly employed persons to participate in the basic medical insurance for employees is 294 yuan per person per month (3,528 yuan per person-year), and the standard is 480 yuan per person per month (5,760 yuan per person-year) for those who pay according to the combination of unified accounts.
