At the same time, the sub-center quickly contacted 120 to send an ambulance to the Hainan Refining and Chemical Ethylene Wharf, coordinated the tugboat "Xiagang Tug 22" to guide the fishing boat to berth safely, required the wharf to prepare for the berthing of the fishing boat and the entry of the ambulance, and sent maritime law enforcement personnel to the wharf to coordinate the rescue work on the spot to ensure that the fishermen in distress went ashore quickly and smoothly.
