According to the provisions of the "Measures for the Safety Supervision and Administration of Hazardous Chemicals Construction Projects" (Order No. 45 of the former State Administration of Supervision), after the application for the review of the safety conditions of the natural gas Lu'an-Huoqiu-Yingshang trunk line realignment part of the project submitted by your unit is accepted, after the review of the application documents and information content of the safety condition review of the construction project submitted by your unit, and at the same time, according to the "Anhui Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. *** Natural Gas Lu'an-Huoqiu-Yingshang Trunk Line Realignment Part Safety Evaluation Report", It is agreed that the construction project will pass the safety condition review. Please take the "Anhui Natural Gas Development Co., Ltd. *** Natural Gas Lu'an-Huoqiu-Yingshang Trunk Line Project Safety Evaluation Report" as one of the design bases for the safety facilities of the construction project. The construction of the construction project can only start after the design of the safety facilities is reviewed and approved. If there is a major change in the surrounding conditions, main technology, process route, product plan, and device scale of the construction project, or the construction address is changed, the safety assessment shall be re-conducted, and the safety condition review of the construction project shall be re-applied in a timely manner.
This opinion is valid for two years from the date of issuance, and if construction is not started after the expiration of the validity period, this opinion will automatically become invalid.
