2024 EPC Construction Code for Photovoltaic Power Stations.

Chapter I: General Provisions.

1 Purpose of preparation This specification aims to clarify the construction standards of photovoltaic power station EPC projects in 2024 and ensure that the quality, safety, schedule and cost of the whole process of the project from design, procurement, construction to acceptance are effectively controlled.

2 Scope of application This specification is applicable to EPC projects of new, expanded and reconstructed photovoltaic power stations in 2024, including but not limited to the installation of solar photovoltaic cell modules, the construction of inverter rooms, and the construction of power transmission and distribution facilities.

Chapter 2 Pre-construction preparations.

1. Project planning and design.

The design unit shall formulate a reasonable design plan according to the climate, topography, geology and other conditions of the project location.

The design documents should meet the relevant national and local standards and norms, and pass the review.

2 Procurement management.

The construction unit shall establish a strict evaluation and selection mechanism to ensure the reliable quality of the materials and equipment purchased.

The procurement contract should specify the time, quantity, quality and other requirements of materials and equipment.

Chapter III Construction Process Management.

1. Foundation construction.

The foundation construction should meet the design requirements to ensure that the photovoltaic bracket is installed steadily.

After the foundation construction is completed, the acceptance should be carried out, and the follow-up installation work can be carried out only after it is qualified.

2 Photovoltaic module installation.

The installation of photovoltaic modules should meet the design requirements to ensure that the installation angle, spacing and other parameters are accurate.

Necessary protective measures should be taken during installation to prevent damage to the components.

3 Installation of electrical equipment.

The installation of electrical equipment shall comply with the relevant national and local electrical installation specifications.

Necessary electrical tests should be carried out during the installation process to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Chapter IV Construction Quality and Safety Management.

1 Quality control.

The construction unit shall establish a sound quality management system to ensure that the construction quality meets the design requirements.

Regular quality inspections should be carried out during the construction process, and problems should be rectified in time.

2 Security Management.

The construction unit shall formulate a detailed safety management system and emergency plan.

Obvious safety warning signs should be set up at the construction site, and necessary safety protection measures should be taken.

Chapter 5 Construction Acceptance and Post-maintenance.

1. Construction acceptance.

After the construction is completed, the construction unit shall organize acceptance to ensure that the indicators meet the design requirements.

After passing the acceptance, it can be connected to the grid for power generation.

2 Post-maintenance.

The construction unit shall provide the necessary maintenance manuals and operation guides.

Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure the stable operation of photovoltaic power stations.

Chapter VI: Supplementary Provisions.

1 This specification shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.

2. If there are any matters not covered herein, they shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national and local regulations and standards.

Please note that this specification is only a framework and the specific details need to be adjusted and improved according to the actual situation and the latest regulations. When compiling the actual specification, it is also necessary to consider factors such as the specific construction environment, technological development and policy requirements.
