At the event site, the young volunteers held signs such as "You have worked hard outside", "The license plate starting with Sichuan L reassures me", "Home, I'm back, you are good" and other signs, which warmed the hearts of returning families.
It's not just songs and honor cards that are warm. At the exit of the high-speed rail station, local calligraphers wrote Spring Festival couplets on the spot, sent New Year's greetings to citizens and tourists, and volunteers distributed coupons and discount coupons for local food stores, so that returning "Jia" citizens and tourists can enjoy Leshan food.
As soon as I walked out of the station, I caught up with the flash mob event, and I felt that my hometown was really warm and intimate. Ms. Chen, who rushed back to Leshan from Guangzhou for the New Year, told reporters that not only volunteers sent her blessing words, but also heard heart-warming songs and felt a strong New Year's flavor.
Liu Xiaochi, deputy secretary of the Leshan Municipal Party Committee of the Communist Youth League, introduced that the city's early deployment and arrangement of youth volunteer and warm winter action to coordinate volunteer service activities during the Spring Festival, mainly divided into three major sections: love in the community, beauty in the scenic spot and love in the journey, to provide services for special groups such as returnees, Spring Festival travelers, tourists, community people, and "one old and one young". Up to now, the city has established 42 volunteer service points and 84 posts for the Spring Festival, and the "Volunteer Sichuan" platform has released a total of 46 projects, with more than 390 volunteers participating. As the Spring Festival holiday approaches, young volunteers will continue to provide warm-hearted volunteer services in key positions such as Spring Festival transportation support, cultural tourism services, and emergency response.
