Zhang Fang, director of Yuxian substation, told reporters that the traditional substation mainly relies on manual inspection, and the inspectors have to copy the instrument data and measure the temperature of the equipment, etc., and the operation and maintenance efficiency is not high. The robot dog is light in weight, compact and compact, and can reach the position and area that traditional inspection robots cannot reach, and it is equipped with an intelligent fusion sensor that can collect sound, light and electrical signals in the equipment area, and intelligently evaluate the operation status of the equipment through artificial intelligence AI algorithm technology, so as to achieve all-weather, three-dimensional, and full-coverage inspection.
In this ice and snow weather, the robot dog found a slight heating phenomenon of the 35 thousand volt reactor casing in time. Zhang Fang introduced that in the environment where the outdoor equipment is covered with ice and snow, the intelligent inspection of the "robot dog" provides timely warnings for the substation duty personnel and ensures the normal operation of the equipment.
