Sunwoda Guangming R&D Base is located in the core area of intelligent manufacturing in Fenghuang Street, Guangming District, Shenzhen, and this project is the first liquid-cooled supercharging station in Sunwoda Park, which will provide ultra-fast charging services for the park. The project adopts Sunwoda Smart Energy's "optical storage, charging and inspection" solution, and the implementation of the project not only adds a new check-in place to the park, but also serves as an important window for Sunwoda to show its green development concept to the outside world, helping the development of green, low-carbon and smart cities.
The total construction area of the project is about 350 square meters, which is a comprehensive station integrating photovoltaic power generation, distributed energy storage, liquid-cooled overcharging, and battery testing services. The station uses photovoltaic power generation to provide green power for new energy vehicles, and the carport is laid with photovoltaic panels of 120 square meters. After the project is put into operation, the average annual power generation is about 240,000 kWh, which can save 7 standard coal per year23 tons, emission reduction of 1981 tons.
The project adopts Sunwoda Smart Energy's flexible intelligent charging stack, equipped with 1 liquid-cooled supercharge and 7 DC fast charging, which can support the simultaneous charging of 8 new energy vehicles. The "overcharging + group charging" mode can share the power pool, intelligently allocate charging power according to the needs of different vehicles, and provide stable, efficient and fast charging services. Among them, the power of the liquid-cooled supercharging equipment can reach up to 480kW, and the charging efficiency is 8-10 times that of ordinary fast charging, which can achieve a fast charging experience of 10 minutes and a range of 400 kilometers.
The project is equipped with Sunwoda 100KW 215KWh energy storage system, which is an outdoor cabinet that integrates a long-life battery system and high-efficiency PCS, each cabinet is a complete and independent system, which can be directly connected to the low-voltage distribution network, and can also be connected to the power grid after expansion through parallel connection on the AC side. It can achieve peak shaving and valley filling, power capacity and expansion, enhance power supply reliability, and help energy conservation and emission reduction. "Optical storage, charging and inspection" is integrated and intelligent.
Sunwoda's optical storage charging and inspection solution is based on Sunwoda's core energy storage battery technology, high-power overcharging technology, photovoltaic power generation technology, power battery intelligent detection technology and energy intelligent management technology, which is mainly composed of four parts: light (photovoltaic system), storage (energy storage system), charging (charging and discharging system), and inspection (battery detection).
