Intel's graphics strategy is gradually unfolding, and after the opening of the Arc A-series graphics cards in the market, its second-generation graphics cards have entered the intensive preparation stage. According to the latest roadmap, Intel's second-generation graphics cards will be available on workstations and desktops as scheduled, but in the notebook space, especially gaming laptops, this graphics card may not be available.
Although Intel's original ARC graphics cards have a complete lineup on mobile, from the high-end A770M to the entry-level A350M, they are not widely used in the gaming industry. Even though some notebooks use the A730M, most products still tend to be conservative. Now, Intel has decided to focus on the desktop market and temporarily abandon the launch of discrete graphics cards in the notebook segment, which is also in line with the actual situation of the market.
However, Intel has not completely abandoned the notebook market. In terms of GPUs, Intel will still use the next-generation architecture Battlemage, such as the Arrow Lake processor, which will be launched later this year. In addition, the Battlemage desktop graphics card will be upgraded to support PCIe 50 x16, performance is expected to be further improved.
As for the follow-up third-generation Celestial and *** Druid graphics cards, they are scheduled to be released in mid-2026 and late 2027, respectively. The launch of these two generations of graphics cards will further strengthen Intel's position in the graphics card market.

Although the second-generation graphics card is not available for gaming laptops, its performance in the desktop market is worth looking forward to.
