They practice their original intention and mission with enthusiasm and rigorous style. Zhang Zhangfu, 55, is one of them. On February 6, we approached Zhang Fu, a policeman who has been on the front line of discipline for 18 years, to explore the story behind the "praise".

In November 1987, Zhang Zhangfu enlisted in the army. He has been a soldier for 14 years and has made extraordinary achievements in ordinary positions: he has been awarded three third-class merits; In December 1989, he joined the Communist Party. In September 2001, Zhang Zhangfu transferred to the Dayuan Police Station of the Fuyang District Bureau of the Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau as a community policeman. Four years later, Zhang Zhangfu obeyed the organizational arrangement and was transferred to the detention center to become a prison policeman.
From the first day he took up his post in the detention center, Zhang Zhangfu secretly made up his mind that he must be based on his post, strengthen his beliefs, do his job well, and live up to his mission. Zhang Zhangfu pays attention to the study of business knowledge, is proficient in the relevant laws and regulations of public security supervision, and enhances the legal awareness of the supervised personnel by publicizing legal knowledge.
He cares about the lives of each supervised person, grasps their ideological dynamics in a timely manner, just like a doctor treats a patient and a teacher treats a student, and influences them in his daily actions, cares for them, and becomes their confidant. 、
Zhang Zhangfu regularly entered the cell during the day to carry out collective education, individual talks, and cell safety inspections, and strictly implemented the daily epidemic prevention requirements. Work overtime in the evening to learn the relevant rules and regulations. Every night after the roll call, he had to make a one-hour round. Zhang Zhangfu creatively carried out supervision and service work. When he learned that the police force in the detention center was tight and there was a lack of information technology professionals, he took the initiative to take on information technology work. He gave full play to the advantages of the equipment maintenance technology he had learned in the army, set up and modified work equipment, such as modifying the switcher between computer and television, and replacing the original stupid guy with a lot of interference, large size, and complicated buttons into a 6-centimeter-square switch box, which was easy to use and had no interference.
Zhang Zhangfu also set the TV in each cell of the detention center to start and stop automatically at regular intervals, and set the all-day activities in the entire prison area to the automatic broadcast mode. These minor changes have standardized passwords, unified time, reduced the burden on the people's police, and improved work efficiency. It has made positive contributions to the construction and application of information technology in Fuyang District Detention Center.
Sticking to the high walls all year round, staying with the suspect for a longer time than with his family, Zhang Zhangfu will often face the "dilemma of loyalty and filial piety". In the face of his family, Zhang Zhangfu has said that he is sorry countless times, the nature of his work is special, and his family is also very understanding. In particular, after Zhang Zhangfu's wife also went to work in the prison, she became more understanding. Zhang Zhangfu's son is sensible early, and he has never picked up since he was in elementary school. During the New Year's holidays, Zhang Zhangfu was on duty, and his son did not complain that his father did not accompany him, but took the initiative to greet him and ask his father to pay attention to his body.
Giving up a small family, for everyone, and benefiting thousands of families, this is the duty of being a policeman, and it is also Zhang Zhangfu's work philosophy. There are still many policemen in the detention center who are silently dedicated like Zhang Zhangfu, who faithfully practice the purpose of the people's police for the people, and exchange their hard work and sweat for the safety of the prison.
Over the past 18 years, Zhang Zhangfu has regarded the safety of supervision places as life and loneliness as singing, faithfully practiced the sacred duty of the people's police, and made extraordinary achievements in ordinary jobs.
