Do a good job in planning and preparation to achieve scientific development
Seize the opportunity of "double carbon", accelerate the development of new energy, and successively compile the "14th Five-Year Plan for New Energy Development in Gaotai County" and "The 14th Five-Year Plan for Photovoltaic Desertification Control in Gaotai County", which has improved the accuracy, advancement and scientificity of the layout of the new energy industry in our county. The county's new energy planning is divided into three major sectors: photovoltaic industrial park, wind and solar complementary industrial park, and photovoltaic sand control industrial zone, with a capacity of 30.5 million kilowatts, and supporting the construction of wind turbine towers, blades, energy storage, concrete towers, PCS inverters, fan main control systems and other equipment manufacturing and consumption industries, which has become an important new energy base and equipment manufacturing base in the city.
Make full use of resources and strive for indicators
Actively follow up the relevant policies of the state, provinces and cities, declare the project on the basis of full study, strive for indicators, and compete for the second batch of wind power indicators of 400,000 kilowatts in the 14th Five-Year Plan, with a total investment of 23300 million yuan, and the county's installed capacity of new energy will reach 171 by the end of 202370,000 kilowatts, including 71 photovoltaics70,000 kilowatts, wind power 1 million kilowatts. So far, our county has won a total of about 9.5 million kilowatts of large base project indicators.
Increase investment attraction and help the high-quality development of the industry
Carefully analyze the development foundation, development status and development conditions of the county's new energy industry, pay close attention to photovoltaic power generation, new energy equipment manufacturing and energy storage battery and other industries, establish and improve the investment directory and project list, increase investment efforts, give priority to ensuring project land, optimize formalities and services, and make every effort to ensure the supply of production factors such as water, electricity and heating of enterprises, and ensure that energy industry chain enterprises can recruit, retain and achieve practical results. Since 2022, a total of 7 photovoltaic power generation projects have been implemented in our county, with a cumulative power generation of more than 200 million kWh; 6 new energy equipment manufacturing industry projects have been implemented, 4 have been completed and put into operation, and 2 are being built as planned.
Extend the comprehensive energy industry chain and improve consumption capacity
In the next step, our county will make good use of the policy, seize the opportunity, give full play to the advantages of resources, adhere to the principle of equal emphasis on consumption and transportation, and use the county's rich resources such as miscanite, fluorite and silica to build and develop industrial silicon, wind power, photovoltaic, energy storage, hydrogen energy and other related production equipment manufacturing industry, so as to realize the rapid increase in power load driven by industrial economic growth, and continuously improve the local consumption capacity of new energy and new electricity.
