The road to work is basically in the scenic area, and it is not very sunny in summer, and the mountains and rivers all the way are five kilometers. There are a few things to note about walking:
1. Choose the right pair of shoes. It is recommended to choose sneakers, non-slip, with air cushions, and looser; When the sole is worn, it should be replaced in time.
2. The time of walking is determined according to your own situation. It has been said that the time for exercise for the elderly is between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. and around dusk in the afternoon. I think if you're retired and have a lot of time, don't get up early in the morning, you can choose the time you like, and if you don't have enough time and don't have any underlying diseases, go early! It's okay to arrange it yourself!
3. The time and speed of the activity should be done according to the ability, and there should be no discomfort and fatigue after the activity, and no recklessness!
Fourth, it is not recommended to climb the mountain, one is to hurt the knee, the other is that there are few people in the mountain, in case of a fall is not easy to deal with, and even if there is an accident, it can not be treated in time!
