Experimental methods and procedures for the operation of the flash point of the hydraulic oil opening
The opening flash point of hydraulic oil is determined according to the GB T3536 Cleveland Open Cup Method for the Determination of the Flash Ignition Point of Petroleum Products.
Overview of the method for measuring the flash point of hydraulic oil.
Load the specimen into the test cup to the specified scale mark. The temperature of the specimen is rapidly increased first, and then slowly and at a constant rate as the flash point is approached. At a specified temperature interval, a small test flame is swept across the test cup, so that the lowest temperature at which the test flame causes a vapor flash on the upper surface of the sample is the flash point. If the ignition point needs to be determined, the test should be continued until the test flame causes the vapor of the sample liquid surface to ignite and the lowest temperature of combustion is maintained for at least 5 s. The points and points obtained under high ambient pressure are used to reach the flash point and ignition point under the atmosphere.
Experimental procedure of hydraulic oil automatic opening flash point meter:
1.After placing the instrument on the bench, plug in the power cord.
2.Pour the sample to be measured into the oil cup graduation mark.
3.Set the expected flash point value.
4.After the settings are complete, return to the main interface.
6.Return to the experiment interface and click "Start", 7When the experiment is completed, the results are automatically produced and printed.
Maintenance & Repair.
1. Always keep the instrument clean to prevent acid, alkali, oil and moisture.
2. When moving the instrument and cleaning the instrument, the power plug must be unplugged to avoid the risk of electric shock.
