On that day, female employees can enjoy half a day of leave, and if it falls on a weekend, no compensatory day off. Male workers are not entitled to holidays. In the case of overtime work on Women's Day, the employer shall pay normal wages and remuneration, but not overtime wages. If Women's Day falls on a rest day, and the employer arranges for the woman to work overtime but cannot arrange compensatory leave, it is required to pay the employee a wage remuneration of not less than 200% of the employee's wages for normal working hours.
