Approaching the Spring Festival, has your year-end bonus been issued?
A survey data shows that white-collar workers of different ages have different perceptions of year-end bonuses, and the post-00s have the same satisfaction index with the year-end bonus as the previous year, which shows that the post-00s who have just entered the workplace do not have high expectations for the year-end bonus, but feel that the company provides these employees with satisfactory "year-end easter eggs". The satisfaction index of the year-end bonus of post-80s white-collar workers is the lowest among all age groups, and they expect more financial support from enterprises as the breadwinners of their families.
For the distribution of year-end bonuses, white-collar workers have their own expectations. According to the survey, conducted by Zhaopin, 35% of white-collar workers surveyed want to spread it over a monthly basis, 248% of the white-collar workers surveyed want to be paid quarterly, respectively, 195% and 182% of the white-collar workers surveyed hope to "send it at the end of the year" or "once every six months". Enterprises can break the conventional year-end bonus distribution model and let the benefits fall into the hands of employees in a way that is more in line with expectations.
During this period, topics such as the Chinese New Year's Eve holiday, Spring Festival benefits, holiday plans, and New Year's flags have become more popular, and the actions of people in the workplace are different, but they are all full of vitality. In order to get a higher year-end bonus in the new year, 644% of the white-collar workers surveyed said they would learn to recharge and improve their workplace skills; 22.9% of the white-collar workers surveyed plan to switch jobs to new companies; 21.1% of the white-collar workers surveyed have plans to change careers.
In the new year, the digital transformation of enterprises will continue. When considering their expectations for their future careers, more than half of respondents want to learn new skills and become experts in their field in their future jobs. This reflects the importance that employees place on professional growth and lifelong learning.
More and more enterprises are sinking the awareness of "digital transformation" to the practical level of employee management. "Improving and retraining employees' skills" has become the first place in the human resources work of enterprises in 2023, accounting for 80%, and 76% of the surveyed enterprises will focus on "improving the level of digital construction of human resources".
Digitalization has a profound impact on production and lifestyles. While bringing new opportunities to the industry, it also brings a new atmosphere to the workplace. Huo Biao, general manager of Zhaopin's Beijing branch, believes that digitalization has not only changed the ecology and model of the industry, but also profoundly affected the path and direction of personal career development. Citing the changes in the workplace in Beijing as an example, he said that people are more rational and cautious about their choice of job hopping, and most people realize the importance of mastering new technologies and learning to use digital tools for career development.
Pu Shi, a member of the Expert Committee for the Revision of the National Occupational Classification Dictionary, believes that in the rapidly developing digital era, digital intelligence has gradually become an important driving force for the innovation and development of enterprises and an important means to reduce costs and increase efficiency. For the human resources industry, from the optimization of the recruitment process to the flexibility of the organizational structure, every link shows great potential and value due to digital intelligence.
In the past 2023, personality type tests have become popular on the Internet, and many young people have classified themselves as "workplace I-people". On the Internet, they describe their state when they go to work like this: they can communicate online, and they will never communicate; Never participate in small talk between colleagues; I always feel uncomfortable eating with ...... leaderSocializing in the workplace has become a burden for some young people.
In another survey of China's white-collar satisfaction index conducted by Zhaopin, the data showed that as many as 768% of the white-collar workers surveyed were troubled by workplace socialization and showed "social fear". 23 white-collar workers surveyed "can hide" for workplace socialization4%, and 26 percent said they were "forcibly 'doing business' with a mask".9%, and 26 percent said they "just want to do their job".5%。
From the perspective of different age groups, the proportion of post-00s "wearing masks for business" is higher, 312% of the post-00s surveyed will "wear a mask and forcibly 'do business'", accounting for higher than the post-95s and post-70s 27%.1%。
In addition, in the face of many pressures in work and life, white-collar workers will have more or less emotional problems, such as depression, sensitivity, internal friction, negativity, etc. Survey data show that 439% of white-collar workers surveyed had "depressed emotions and habitually hidden their true feelings and thoughts" in 2023, up from 39 in 20229%, continuing to rank first. There are also 411% of the white-collar workers surveyed said that they were "emotionally exhausted, numb to life, and difficult to feel enthusiasm and empathy", up from 30 in 20225%。Only 114% of white-collar workers surveyed said they had achieved emotional freedom in 2023 and had no emotional problems.
Among people of different ages, 526% of the post-00s surveyed were "emotionally depressed and accustomed to hiding their true feelings and thoughts", accounting for 42 percent of the post-95s6% and 37 after 809%, the psychological traits of the "mask man" are more significant.
When emotional problems arise, white-collar workers resolve them in different ways. 24% of the white-collar workers surveyed "forgot all about it after sleeping", 219% of the surveyed white-collar workers watch variety shows, chase dramas, and listen to songs, 213% of the white-collar workers surveyed talked to relatives and friends, 194% of the interviewed white-collar workers are crazy about rice skewers. In addition, going to the temple to ask for a sign, going to the playground to challenge the stimulation project, doing housework and doing manual work, petting cats and dogs, etc., are also ways for white-collar workers to cope with emotional problems. However, there are also 207% of the white-collar workers surveyed chose to "do nothing".
