The wireless communication project of the excavator production assembly line involves two application scenarios, one is the application of the automatic interlock fool-proof system of the tractor and excavator assembly line, and the other is the application of the visual operating system of the filling volume of the auxiliary material filling machine of the production line.

In the excavator assembly process, hydraulic system testing and debugging are important links in the production process. In the process of hydraulic testing, it is necessary to operate the bucket, stick and boom action, and in this process, the assembly line excavator is prone to safety accidents and mechanical damage failures due to the drive deviation, and it is necessary to use the tractor chain to pull the fixed line excavator to avoid production accidents. When the station is completed, the excavator of the assembly line needs to be transported by the conveyor belt to the next work area to continue the assembly, and the operator will forget to remove the chain hook, and the conveyor belt operation causes the assembly line excavator to be dragged off the assembly line, and even the tractor is pulled apart, damaging the equipment.

The customer's demand is to realize whether the tractor chain is homeed signal wirelessly transmitted to the control cabinet, and the control cabinet operator judges whether to open the conveyor belt according to whether the tractor chain is home, so as to achieve the purpose of safe production.

PLC wireless communication expert team decided to use wireless two-way switching transmission terminal DTD112HB for the safety interlock of the assembly line of the traction machine and excavator, automatic operation and alarm stop function, only after the traction chain is removed and placed in the set position, the assembly line can run, if after the end of the beat time, the chain is not placed in the set position, the device will carry out sound and light alarm prompt operator, while the assembly line will not run, the device plays an active automatic protection function, Realize the safe production of the production line, avoid the occurrence of failures, and improve the production efficiency of the assembly line.

3. Application scenario of wireless technical transformation 2

In the production process of the excavator assembly line, it is necessary to add hydraulic oil, diesel, lubricating oil, antifreeze, refrigerant and other auxiliary materials in the process of getting off the car assembly, hydraulic testing, engine parts assembly, etc. As a necessary auxiliary material filling equipment, the filling machine inputs the set auxiliary materials into the corresponding conveying pipeline of the excavator.

The customer's demand is to realize the wireless transmission of auxiliary material filling amount data between the excavator assembly line filling machine and the operating table, and display it on the large screen, so as to wirelessly control the filling machine feeding.

Design requirements:1Delta's touch screen is used as the main control device in the control cabinet of the auxiliary material filling operation, and the real-time filling volume data is synchronized to the large screen display for easy viewing of information.

According to the on-site situation, PLC wireless communication experts decided to use DTD435MA to complete the wireless communication between the auxiliary material filling console and the filling machine, and install a Japanese special wireless communication terminal DTD435MA on the Delta touch screen of the auxiliary material filling console and the Omron PLC end of the filling machine, so as to realize the mutual transmission of feeding information between the operation console and the filling machine, realize the wireless visual operation of auxiliary material filling, and avoid production and safety hazards in the operation process. Accelerate the digital production of assembly lines.
