In order to further improve the level of service skills and allow civilized guides to better participate in urban governance, the Capital Civilization Office organized the final of the 2023 Capital Public Civilization Guide Post Service Skills Competition on December 29. Through the three links of question and answer competition, team competition and comprehensive ability competition, the comprehensive investigation and improvement of the skill level, emergency service ability, teamwork ability and civilization knowledge reserve of the post service of public civilization guides were comprehensively investigated, and the star of post service skills, excellent posts and winning areas were commended. According to the ranking of the on-site unannounced visit competition of the capital's public civilization guide post service skills competition, each district selected team members from the top three positions in the field unannounced visit competition, and selected a total of 27 team members to participate in the final of the post service skills competition.
The test questions were designed on the spot according to the "Capital Public Civilization Guidance Post Specification Service Manual", common emergencies in the service, and complaints from citizens, and the guides actively participated, answered enthusiastically, and took the initiative to record the wrong answers.
