5. Hungry ghosts and sentient beings suffer from the pain of hunger.

6. Hell Realm beings are subjected to extreme pain and suffering.

Buddhism believes that the reincarnation of beings in the six realms is impermanent, and liberation from reincarnation is the goal of practice. Through practice and the accumulation of good karma, sentient beings can transcend the bondage of the six realms and reach nirvana.

Thirdly, each thought at the moment is manifested as a sentient being at the moment, optimistic about one's own thoughts.

1. Thinking of goodness is good for all sentient beings.

2. Thinking of evil is evil sentient beings.

3. Obsessed with sentient beings is obsessed with sentient beings.

4. Mind is the consciousness of all beings.

Fourth, every cell that makes up one's body can be seen as one sentient being.

1. Healthy cells are healthy beings.

2. The cells of disease are all beings who are diseased.

3. Living cells are living beings.

4. Dead cells are both dead beings.
