Below about:"tract"with"Tai Chi"The understanding is my own understanding and understanding. I have not specifically turned to the classics to study. I just wrote down the thoughts of this thing and shared it with you. If it is useful, everyone will save some, and if it is useless, it will be wasted.
The state of a road.
tract"It was proposed by Lao Tzu. Tao is almost synonymous with Lao Tzu. Chinese cultural people don't know"tract"There are also very few. Well, to ask"tract"What is it? Who can answer?
If you want me to say, the Tao is a state. That"tract"What kind of state is it?
I think that the Tao is made up of yin and yang. The Tao has no specific form, and Yin and Yang have no specific form. Whatever it attaches to is its form, and whatever is its quality. Then, since the Tao is a state, the Tao is composed of yin and yang. So, what is the state of the Tao?
I feel that the Tao is a homogeneous, diffuse, and balanced pictographic state of turbidity and chaos composed of yin and yang particles. Imagine that in a container, there is a mass of qi, which is composed of black and white particles that represent yin and yang, and they are homogeneous, diffuse, and balanced chaotic states.
A little more concrete: it doesn't matter what there is, it doesn't matter what it doesn't matter, there is the junction between there and nothing; It is the junction of life and death; It doesn't matter if it's virtual, it's not real, it's the boundary between fiction and reality; It doesn't matter if it's strong, it doesn't matter if it's weak, it's the junction between the strong and the weak; It doesn't matter if it's fast, it doesn't matter if it's slow, it's the junction of fast and slow; It doesn't matter if it's true, it doesn't matter if it's false, it's the boundary between truth and falsehood; It's not good or bad, it's the ...... of the border between good and badIt is the critical point where the extremes of things must be reversed! It is a moment of quantitative and qualitative change! It's a combination of movement and stillness! It is the unity of contradictions! It's the nexus between generation and death! It's chaos of chaos! It's dialectical dialectic!
I understand that the Tao is one in its form, its state is static, and its nature is soft.
Hey, that's what I said. From the above, its true knowledge"tract"I don't know"tract", it doesn't matter if you don't know"tract"Right? By this reasoning, the Tao exists between what is to be said and what is said, once it is exported"tract"It is no longer the state of the Tao, and the Tao is out, and the non-Tao is ......I think so.
2. The form of movement of the path.
I understand that Tai Chi is a form of movement of the Tao. The state of the Tao appears to be static, but its stillness is relative, and there is still a very regular movement within it"tract"In what form does the state move? The author thinks that it is exactly to be"Tai Chi"and move regularly.
The plane pattern of Tai Chi is composed of two yin and yang fish that are seamlessly hugged by their heads and tails. But if you think of it as a three-dimensional sphere, it is formed by two three-dimensional yin and yang fish that hug each other seamlessly. Now imagine these two fish as happy movements that go from head to tail, and their direction and speed are exactly the state between fast and slow, directional and non-directional, what do you imagine it to be? The Tao is in this way! I think that's the form of movement of the Tao.
Let's talk about it here"Fast and slow"of the state of the Tao and"Directional vs. non-directional"of the state of the road. For example, if you make a sphere turn and rotate it so fast that you can still see it"turn"Moved? If you can't see it, then what's the difference between it and stillness? If one makes an object vibrate and vibrate -- if the vibration vibrates fast enough to vibrate, can you still tell that it's vibrating? If you can't see it, what does it have to do with not vibrating? What is the difference between fast and slow in these two states? The Tao is the connection between the fast and the slow. That's why I say that the state of fast and slow is the state of the fast and slow path. In the same way, those two yin and yang fish, if they are head to tail, they will be fast and slow"tract"If you go to the state to move, up, down, left, right, front and back, front up, front down, front left, front right...Wait, it doesn't matter if it's going in a direction or not, right? Therefore, the state of movement of this yin-yang fish is the state of the direction and non-direction of the Tao, right?!
Imagine a house with some diffuse state and so many small things"Yin-Yang fish"The globular grains are enlarged whole"Yin-Yang fish"What does that look like? And each small"Yin-Yang fish"What would the chondrites look like when they were moving like this? The direction, the speed, is the state of the path that doesn't matter the direction, the speed doesn't matter, what will the air flow in this room look like? The state of the Tao, right? What is the state of the Word? As described above.
Imagine how you would feel if you had some kind of yin and yang fish ball particles in your heart that were moving like that in the room? The particles of the Tao permeate your heart, it doesn't matter if it's fast, it doesn't matter if it's slow, it doesn't matter if it's good, it doesn't matter if it's bad, it doesn't matter if it's ......What state do you think it will be? You must not care about chaos in your heart, it doesn't matter if it's not chaos, right? It doesn't matter if it's clear, doesn't it matter if it's not clear? ......What kind of state is that? You must be indifferent to wisdom, you don't care about wisdom, you don't care about wisdom, right? It doesn't matter if you're smart, right? ......What kind of state is that? I think it must be like that"Great wisdom is foolishness"、"It's clumsy"、"The big curve is straight"、"Loud Voice"……The state of the right? This is the shortest way to go! The author thinks.
Well, imagine that state in your mind and let it feel in your heart!
The essence of the three paths.
The essence of the Tao is like one"Energy"。Tao is a mass of energy. The author imagines that it thinks.
This kind of energy mass exists in the form of Tao, which seems to be something but nothing, big and small, strong and weak, good and evil, real and virtual, and good and ......This energy mass is everywhere and not everywhere; Everywhere you see it, and you don't see it everywhere; It's always there, it's not there, it's coming in and out of your heart at any time, it's going to be in and out of your heart at any time, and you're starting to imagine what it would be like now.
If your body resembles a celestial body, then your mind is a small universe inside your body, and the universe is a large universe outside your body. So where is the universe? Is it in your body? Or is it inside yours? The universe doesn't matter if it's inside or outside, it doesn't matter if it is there or not, right? The universe and you are in the Tao! Of course, the Tao is also in the universe. It doesn't matter if it's each other, it doesn't matter if it's not in each other. The Tao is both vague and not ambiguous, clear and not clear. What is the Tao? The Tao is the way!
It is often said that big is small, and small is big; Strong is weak, weak is strong; Good is bad, bad is good; To have is nothing, and to have nothing is to have; The real is the virtual, and the virtual is the real ......This is all in the way of movement. Both"tract"Also!
This is the way as I understand it. Of course, the Tao is the Tao, not the Tao. But if the way is right, it's the shortest way, right?!
Think again. If you have that in your mind"Energy"It is dispensable, large or small, strong or weak, good or bad, real or virtual, and can be collected and ......Think about what you look like? Are you strong or weak? Are you big or small? How are you or are you? ......Are you wise or stupid?
If the Tao fills your heart, you don't care if you're strong or weak, you don't care if you're big or small, ...... you don't care about how big you areYou are in a state of silence! You are both strong and weak, wise and foolish, good and ......Who are you? You are your nature, you are your Tao!
4. Tai Chi in my heart.
It can be said that the movement of the Tao is the state of the Tao, and the state of the Tao is the essence of the Tao, and Tai Chi is the movement of the Tao, so Tai Chi is the essence of the Tao and the form of the Tao.
Tai Chi is in my heart!
I don't practice Tai Chi, Tai Chi is a form of Tai Chi, Tai Chi has moves, and Tai Chi itself is not that kind of move. I practice qi. The qi of Tai Chi is in my heart. I rely on meditation to generate Tai Chi Qi. When I need it.
The Tai Chi in my heart is the Tao, and if there is the Tao, there is Tai Chi! What does the Word look like in the heart? What does Tai Chi look like in the mind? Can you try it yourself? Tao is wise, Tao is good! Discuss with your peers, and share with your peers"tract"Enjoy.
