In her speech before the performance, Xiao Qian extended New Year's greetings to the audience, and expressed her welcome and gratitude to the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office and other departments for sending outstanding Chinese artists to Macao to hold the "Spring in the Four Seas" visit. Xiao Qian said that overseas Chinese have made great contributions to the development of Australia's multicultural society. In a sense, overseas Chinese in Australia are not only practitioners of cultural exchanges between the two countries, but also pioneers of China-Australia exchanges.

Ruan Zongze said that the Chinese community is one of the most enterprising and dynamic communities in Queensland, and has made important contributions to the development of various fields in Queensland, which shows that multiculturalism is a common value between China and Australia, and cultural exchanges and people-to-people exchanges are conducive to the development of relations and people-to-people friendship between the two countries.

Queensland's Minister for Multiculturalism, Charles Wise, said that Queensland's ties with the Chinese community are very important, and the two sides work closely together in the fields of education, economy and trade, agriculture, energy and tourism. The Chinese New Year encompasses values such as tolerance and reunion, and the various celebrations of the Chinese New Year have strengthened the understanding and cohesion of diverse cultures among ethnic groups.

Zhang Yi said in his speech that in order to achieve peaceful development and build a "community with a shared future for mankind", China is striving to achieve high-quality development, which is inseparable from the joint efforts of all Chinese people, including overseas Chinese. Led by the famous singer Chen Sisi and the famous Peking Opera artist Hu Wenge, the "Spring in the World" visit to Macao brought a cultural feast with Chinese charm and joy of the Spring Festival to the local overseas Chinese. The performance kicked off with the festive and enthusiastic dance "Song of the Prosperous Age", and the cheerful melody and warm and lively dance brought the audience into the festive atmosphere of the New Year. Hu Wenge, the successor of the Mei School, the Peking Opera "The Drunken Concubine", Chen Sisi's song "I Wish People Were Long", Yan Xiangyu's acrobatics "Ambush on All Sides", Liu Jiajun's saxophone performance and other wonderful programs pushed the atmosphere to a climax one after another, and the stage interacted enthusiastically, applause and cheers came one after another, and the audience responded enthusiastically.
