High imitation 12306**. Criminals imitate 12306** through information network technology, waiting for opportunities to steal users' money and personal information.
Sending fake refund text messages. Criminals pretend to be customer service and send fake SMS messages to remind users that the ticket purchase is unsuccessful, and the ticket must be refunded or a certain deposit must be paid, and the corresponding link is attached to guide the user to fill in the account password.
Grab tickets on your behalf. The criminals claim that they "have 100% of the tickets" and ask users to provide bank card numbers and passwords on the pretext of helping to rob them.
Judge's tip: Choose a formal ticket purchase channel: 12306 official** or mobile client; Self-service ticket machines or ticket windows at train stations.
Don't trust SMS links sent by unknown numbers.
Do not believe in "substitution robbery" and "accelerated robbery", etc., and beware of personal information leakage.
Refuse to travel by irregularly operated vehicles.
Irregular vehicles often have illegal speeding, overcrowding, fatigue driving, arbitrary pricing, etc., which are very prone to man-made traffic accidents.
Irregular vehicles have not undergone technical testing and vehicle rating of regular vehicles, and the condition of the vehicles is unstable.
Irregularly operated vehicles have not obtained operating permits, cannot apply for carrier liability insurance, and in the event of a traffic accident, they often lack the ability to pay compensation, and the interests of passengers are not protected.
Judge's tip: Choose a regular operating vehicle.
Pay attention to record the license plate number, pick-up and drop-off location, payment records and other information, and synchronize the information with your family in time.
It is illegal to obstruct the car door and overlord.
Behaviors that obstruct the normal operation of trains, such as blocking the train doors, not only pose a safety hazard to themselves, but may also endanger the lives and property of other passengers.
Acts such as "hegemony" without a ticket, over-traveling, and skipping the level of riding are all breaches of contract.
Both the Public Security Administration Punishment Law and the Criminal Law classify obstruction of car doors and overriding as illegal and criminal acts that endanger transportation order and operational safety.
Judge's reminder: Passengers should consciously abide by the relevant regulations on railway transportation safety, prepare to get on and off the train in advance, and do not approach the door when the train door closing alarm sounds, so as not to endanger themselves and the safety of the train.
Strictly "sit in the right seat" and say no to "hegemonic" behavior. According to Article 815 of the Civil Code, passengers shall take the flight according to the time, frequency and seat number recorded on the valid ticket. If a passenger travels without a ticket, overrides, skips a class, or takes a preferential ticket that does not meet the conditions for price reduction, he/she shall pay the fare in addition, and the carrier may charge an additional fare in accordance with regulations; If the passenger does not pay the fare, the carrier may refuse carriage. In addition, passengers in the above three situations and without tickets need to make up the ticket and pay a handling fee according to the regulations; At the same time, the railway department also has the right to charge an additional 50% of the fare of the section already taken in accordance with the "Railway Passenger Transport Regulations".
Be wary of pickpocket scams.
During the peak period of personnel flow, the traffic station is densely populated, so you should take care of your wallet, enter the station in an orderly manner, and do not gather, watch, or be credulous. When entering the station and taking the train, you should take care of your personal valuables to avoid thieves and pickpockets.
