On February 26, the PPP project delivery and acceptance meeting of the Xiaoqing River resumption project was held in Jinan, Shandong, and the Xiaoqing River resumption project invested and constructed by China Railway Construction Investment Group successfully passed the delivery acceptance, laying a solid foundation for the official navigation operation of the Xiaoqing River.
At the on-site acceptance meeting of the delivery and acceptance meeting, the delivery and acceptance committee composed of 7 experts from the Shandong Provincial Department of Transportation, the Department of Finance, the Department of Water Resources, the transportation bureaus of the five cities along the line, the project unit, the survey unit, the design unit and the director's office and 7 experts conducted a comprehensive review of the construction implementation of the participating units through detailed project review and comprehensive archival evaluation. The committee highly recognized the achievements of the project in quality management, technological innovation and green environmental protection, and unanimously agreed that the project passed the delivery and acceptance. The total investment of the Xiaoqing River resumption project is 1359.3 billion yuan, running through Jinan, Binzhou, Zibo, Dongying, Weifang and other five cities. The construction content of the project mainly includes 169The construction of 2 kilometers of Class III waterways, 4 locks, and 39 bridges, the transformation of facilities such as control gates, inverted siphons, and cross-river pipelines, as well as the construction of navigation aids such as navigation beacons and digital waterways. The project started in July 2020, the main project will be completed in June 2023, and will be fully completed in January 2024.
Heavy-duty sea trials. With the delivery and acceptance of the Xiaoqing River resumption project, this intelligent waterway, which integrates flood control, irrigation, shipping and other functions, will be officially opened to navigation, which will greatly promote the social and economic development along the route, improve the comprehensive transportation system of Shandong Province, and help the high-quality development of Shandong Demonstration Zone, a transportation power.
