According to the person in charge of the transportation department of China Railway Group, the relevant railway bureau groups adhere to the principle of active risk avoidance according to the weather situation, and dynamically adjust the train operation plan to ensure the safety of passengers.

Wuhan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. organized more than 2,000 staff to clear snow and ice 24 hours a day on catenary, lines, turnouts and other equipment, and arranged 48 diesel locomotives to be on standby for emergency traction at any time, so as to minimize the impact of freezing rain and snow weather on railway transportation. Jinan Bureau Group Co., Ltd. quickly organized 11 ice-breaking trucks to de-ice the catenary of 9 railway lines including Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Jinan-Zhengzhou high-speed railway. Zhengzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has set up a number of joint operation teams to use infrared thermometers and telescopes to dynamically observe the operation status of the outlets, the pantograph current of electric locomotives, and encrypt the inspection frequency of key equipment such as turnout snow melting devices and substation heating devices, so as to carry out ice-breaking actions in a timely manner to ensure the safety of equipment operation. Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. launched the emergency plan for snow removal and deicing, cleaned up the snow on the key parts of the turnout and the driving equipment in a timely manner, and arranged special personnel to protect the turnout section and driving equipment after snow removal. Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has strengthened inspection and maintenance, comprehensively inspected key lines, bridges, tunnels and other key places, and monitored key equipment such as turnouts, catenary, and EMUs in real time with the help of data analysis, freezing observation and other technical means to ensure that railway equipment and facilities are in good condition.

According to the person in charge, the local railway departments pay close attention to the travel needs of passengers during the Spring Festival, and on the premise of ensuring transportation safety, they will increase the capacity of transportation in areas and routes where the weather is improving in a timely manner to meet the travel needs of passengers to the greatest extent.

Harbin Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has added 120 passenger trains in Beijing, Tianjin, Linyi, Heze, Dalian, Shenyang, Changchun, Tongliao and Qiqihar, Jiamusi, Mudanjiang and other popular directions in the province, including 4 passenger trains in Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hangzhou for the first time. Xi'an Bureau Group Co., Ltd. plans to open 83 additional passenger trains in popular directions such as Chengdu, Chongqing, Shanghai and Hangzhou, including 16 night high-speed trains. Guangzhou Bureau Group Co., Ltd. plans to add 346 passenger trains in popular directions such as Chengdu and Nanning, including 234 EMU trains. Nanning Bureau Group Co., Ltd. plans to open 59 additional night high-speed trains from Nanning, Guilin, Wuzhou to Guangzhou South, Shenzhen North, Zhuhai and other popular directions. Urumqi Bureau Group Co., Ltd. plans to add 16 passenger trains from Urumqi to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and other popular directions, and reconnect 24 "Fuxing" EMUs in Yining, Korla, Karamay and other popular directions in Xinjiang.
