Guizhou Shui script is related to the carved symbols unearthed from many sites in China, and the water script contains rich elements of early Chinese civilization, hidden many early Chinese civilization factors, and preserves rich and ancient cultural information, which is of great value and significance for the study of the origin and form of early human civilization.
The latest research shows that the Shui script has a deep and close relationship with the early Chinese civilization, and some of the Shui script is widely related to the depiction symbols of cultural relics unearthed in many places in China, and the pronunciation of some Shui script words is exactly the same as that of ancient Chinese words. At the same time, the connotation and custom of Shui Shui are also closely related to the unknown symbols recorded in ancient documents and engraved on bronze objects. The Shui Shui literature is composed of three parts: the historical documents created by the Shui Shui script, the text interpretation in the mind of Mr. Shui Shui and the related folk activities expressed by the oral recitation ** extended by the Shui Shui literature, which involves all aspects of social life such as the astronomical calendar of the aquarium, the festival sacrifice, and the agricultural production, and contains rich elements of early Chinese civilization, and many factors of early Chinese civilization are hidden, carrying the genes and blood of Chinese civilization.
After we went to the Bengbu Museum in Anhui Province and the Liangzhu Museum in Zhejiang Province for field investigations, we compared the illustration symbols of the local excavation report with the Shui script text, and found that there are 24 carved symbols in the Erlitou Xia Capital Site in Yanshi City, Henan Province, 104 carved symbols in the Liangzhu Cultural Site in Zhejiang Province that are the same as the Shui Script text, 73 carved symbols in the Shuangdun Site in Bengbu in Anhui Province are the same as the Shui Script text, and 104 carved symbols in the Jiahu Site in Henan Province are the same as the Shui Script text. It is understood that Shui Shui is an ancient script of the Shui tribe, similar to the ancient text symbols of oracle bone inscription and gold inscription, known as the "living fossil" of hieroglyphs, and was listed as a national intangible cultural heritage in 2006. On November 26, 2022, Guizhou Province was successfully selected into the "Memory of the World Asia-Pacific Regional Register", and on November 27, 2023, at the invitation of UNESCO, Qiannan Prefecture brought the water book literature to the UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France for exhibition, and the cultural value of the water book literature was highly affirmed by UNESCO experts and foreign friends.
