On Chinese New Year's Eve, the auditorium of Hulunbuir Vocational and Technical College in Inner Mongolia was brightly lit. At 18 o'clock, the Spring Festival Gala written and directed by the volunteers of the 14th National Winter Games (hereinafter referred to as the "14th Winter") began. At the party, the singing and dancing continued to attract bursts of applause, and the sketches aroused laughter from time to time, and these college students who volunteered for the "14th Winter" gave this festival a special meaning with vitality and vigor.
More than 1,700 volunteers were recruited in the main competition area of this year's "14th Winter", mainly from three local universities in Hulunbuir, who will provide volunteer services in 20 types of positions such as dispatch management, medical and health care, and comprehensive security. During the Spring Festival, all volunteers celebrated the New Year in situ under the organization of the competition and their respective schools. The leading teacher enlightened and introduced that the volunteers insisted on learning etiquette norms and emergency care during the festival, and they will start to work on the second day of the Lunar New Year.
It is understood that in accordance with the important time nodes and competition schedule of the competition, a work list has been formulated in combination with the Volunteer Service Department of the Preparatory Committee. At present, the "14th Winter" volunteer service work list in Hulunbuir has clearly defined the responsibility of a special person, and each task is implemented to the smallest unit. Guo Qi, deputy director of the Volunteer Service Department of the Hulunbuir Executive Committee of the "Fourteenth Winter", introduced that as the competition is approaching, the working mechanism and responsibilities of volunteers at each venue and each point have been clarified in accordance with the principle of direct docking between the competition venues and competition projects and universities.
