Huo Qu's tomb is locatedNorthwest of Daochang Village, Nanwei Town, Xingping City, Shaanxi Province, about 1 km east of Maoling, the tomb is mountain-shaped, commonly known as "Shilingzi". The tomb is an important burial tomb of Emperor Liu Che of the Han Dynasty, and the bottom is 101 long from north to south5 meters, south width 5670 meters, 58 meters wide in the north40 meters, height 1838 meters, covering an area of 584133 square meters.

On March 4, 1961, Huo Quai's tomb was announced by the People's Republic of China as the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
