As the Spring Festival approaches, cadres and workers from all walks of life in the East Lake High-tech Zone stick to their posts and make every effort to ensure the safe and orderly operation of the city. On February 7, Du Haiyang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the East Lake High-tech Zone, and Lu Yuqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the East Lake High-tech Zone, went to the community police room, fire rescue station, power supply command center, comprehensive supermarket business district and other places to inspect the urban security work during the Spring Festival and express condolences to the front-line workers.
RT-Mart Supermarket at Poly Plaza is located on the highly populated Kanto Street. Du Haiyang and Lu Yuqing came to the supermarket, inspected the fresh food, main and sideline food areas, carefully inspected the types of commodities and the best products, understood the supply and price stability of the high-tech zone, and told enterprises and relevant departments to do a good job in service guarantee to ensure that the quantity and price of people's livelihood commodities are sufficient and stable, so that residents can buy and eat comfortably. 
During the Spring Festival this year, the Public Security Bureau of the High-tech Zone carried out joint logistics patrols to strengthen public security control, resolutely maintain peace and stability, and ensure that the masses celebrate the Spring Festival. Du Haiyang and Lu Yuqing came to the duty point of the gas station in the Optics Valley Petroleum Service Area to listen to the work arrangements during the Spring Festival, express their condolences to the front-line public security officers, and thank them for their hard work. 
Most of the more than 20,000 residents of the contemporary community are known to us. Zhang Wenchang Community Police Office practiced the "Fengqiao Experience" in the new era, and achieved "small things do not go out of the building, and big things do not go out of the community". In the community police room, Du Haiyang and Lu Yuqing extended sincere greetings and New Year blessings to five representatives of the model police, including Zhang Wenchang, Shu Deqiang, Ding Chen, Fan Qingwei and Wu Yaoyao. During the Spring Festival this year, the State Grid Dongxin Power Supply Company implemented the activity of "Double Excellent Four Zero Bright Travel, Ten Thousand Lights Reflecting the Original Heart", sorted out the key guarantee objects such as tertiary hospitals, transportation hubs, and non-stop production enterprises in the jurisdiction, and formulated an emergency plan. Du Haiyang and Lu Yuqing affirmed the timely and effective measures of the power supply company, and expressed their condolences to the front-line cadres and workers of Dongxin Power Supply. 
Fire rescue bears the important responsibility of ensuring the safety of the city of Optics Valley, Du Haiyang and Lu Yuqing came to the Liufang Fire and Rescue Station to learn about the duty arrangements and emergency response plans during the Spring Festival. Last year, more than 4,700 police dispatches were dispatched, and the linkage between police and elimination continued to increase, and the fire situation in the whole region was generally stable. In the solid waste transfer center of the high-tech zone, Du Haiyang and Lu Yuqing expressed their condolences to the front-line cadres and workers of the urban management system. In 2023, the quality of the urban environment in the high-tech zone will be further improved, and the solid waste transfer center will transfer an average of 33 times a day, achieving zero accidents, high efficiency, and no pollution.
