4. Excessive protective air flow can reduce the flow of protective air.

3. The welding depth of the laser welding machine is insufficient.

1. The laser energy is insufficient, which can improve the pulse width and increase the current.

2. If the defocus amount of the focusing lens is incorrect, the defocus amount should be adjusted to a position close to the focal point.

Fault.

Fourth, the flame weakens when the laser welding machine is welding.

1. If the shutter is not completely opened, check and add lubricating oil to the shutter connector to make the connector mechanically stable.

2. The laser offset of the main optical path, adjust the all-reflective and semi-reflective diaphragms of the main optical path, check with paper, and adjust the round spots.

3. Cooling water pollution or if the cooling water is not replaced for a long time, the cooling water can be replaced, and the ultraviolet tube and xenon lamp can be cleaned.

4. Adjust the 45-degree reflective film so that the laser is output from the center of the nozzle, rather than from the center of the copper nozzle under the focusing head.

5. If the resonant cavity film of the focusing lens or laser is damaged or contaminated, it should be replaced or cleaned in time.
